American Rose

1 shot malibu
1 shot vodka
1 shot blue curacao
mixer pineapple juice
dash lime juice
small dash sinop
4 -6 cubes (cracked) Ice
1 1/2 measures brandy
1tsp grenadine
1/2 tsp pernod
1/2 fruit (peeled and mashed) peach
sparkling wine

Put the cracked ice in a cocktail shaker. Pour the brandy, grenadine and Pernod over the ice and add the half peach. Shake vigorousely until frost forms. Strain into chilled wine goblet and top up with sparkling wine. Stir gently, then garnish with peach wedge.

Variations: White Rose, Jack Rose, Russian Rose, Bermuda Rose.
