A Bit Of Bully

3/4 amaretto
3/4 cognac
3/4 Baileys Irish Cream
3/4 creme de cacao dark
1 PART cream
chocolate 1 scoop ice cream

Mix 3/4 Baileys with 3/4 Hennessy cognac, 3/4 Amaretto Di Saronno and 1/2 Bols Creme de cacao. Blend in 1 part light cream and 1 part chocolate ice cream and serve.

A Photographer's Cocktail

1, halved strawberry
1 raspberry
1 Sloe Berry
one long pour Read to drink Margarita Mix
1 shot white rum
one long pour creme de cassis
2 large caps Green Ginger Wine
2 large caps Ginger Cordial
half glass Bitter Lemon

Fill a tall glass about 3/4 with Bitter lemon. Add 2 shots of pre-mixed ready to drink Margarita(70cl bottle from Sainsburys), giner cordial to taste(I like mine quite strong), and a long pour of Green Ginger Wine( enough to slightly change the colour of the drink). Then pour in the Creme de Cassis- this also depends on personal taste, and also on colour- I put enough the have about an inch of colour on the bottom of the glass-because the syrup is heavy it sinks to the bottom and creates another layer of colour. Finally add a shot of white rum, one sloe berry(not to be eaten afterwards), one raspberry, and one strawberry, halved. Serve with or without ice for a refreshing long drink that is beautiful to look at!

A beautiful colour, and you can really play with different measurments of all the ingrediants to give different tastes of cassis, ginger and rum.

A-Bomb

1/3 shot kahlua
1/3 shot Baileys Irish Cream
1/3 shot vodka
1/3 shot tia maria

Stir over ice & strain into pony or chilled cocktail glass

Abbey Cocktail

1 1/2 shots gin
splash orange juice
dash orange bitters

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled Cocktail glass. With a cherry on the top!

Aberdeen Angus

dash honey
1 shot drambuie
2 shots whiskey
splash lime juice

Mix the scotch honey and limejuice in a cup then add drambuie warmed gently in a shot glass in the oven. Stir and serve while warm

Absinthe Drinker

1 shot absinthe
matches
still water
1 teaspoon caster sugar

Pour shot of absinthe into old fashioned glass. Dip teaspoon of sugar into absinthe until soaked. Light teaspoon and then stir caramalising sugar into absinthe, lighting it. Extinguish glass by topping up with chilled water.

Absinthe Minded

1/4 measure absinthe
3/4 measure sweet vermouth
1 measure cointreau

Pour all ingredients in Boston glass. Fill up with fresh ice and stir with bar spoon. Strain into a frosted martini glass. Flame an orange peel over it and drop in.

Quite strong.

Absolut Nut

1/2 shot Absolut
1/2 shot frangelico

Stir together with ice, strain into a large shot glass or serve over ice

Absolut Quaalude

1 part Absolut
1 part Baileys Irish Cream
1 part frangelico

Stir over ice, Strain into large Shot glass or serve with ice

Absolut Shambles

1 part Absolut Vanilla
1/3 of glass red bull
Remainder of glass champagne

Cracked ice goes in first Put in the Absolut Put in the red bull up to 1/3 of the glass full Top up with champagne

Absolut Stress

3/4 shot Absolut
3/4 shot malibu
splash cranberry juice
1/2 shot peach schnapps (archers)
splash pineapple juice

Shake with ice, Pour in a Highball glass with the ice

Acapulco

1/2 shot tequila
1/2 shot triple sec
1/2 shot white rum
splash lime juice
splash sweet & sour mix

Shake together, strain into a glass with ice

Adenx

5ml cranberry juice
1/2 glass vodka
1/3 glass malibu
1/3 of glass orange

pour 1/2 a glass of vodka im then 1/3 of the glass with cranberry juice then 1/3 of the glass with malibu finaly top it up with orange juice

Adenx

5ml cranberry juice

Adonis

1 shot red (rosso) vermouth
2 shots sherry sweet
dash orange bitters

Mix and pour into highball glass

Affinity

1 shot dry vermouth
1 shot sweet vermouth
1 shot whiskey
3-6 dashes angostura bitters

Stir together with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass

After Eight

1/3 creme de cacao white
1/3 creme de menthe
1/3 Baileys Irish Cream

Shot glass.All ingredients are layered. White cacao in first then Creme de menthe then baileys

Tastes just like an after eight mint.

Agent Orange

1 shot vodka
1/2 shot grand marnier
1/4 shot triple sec
dash orange juice

Blend with ice, serve in a highball glass

Alabamma Slamma

1 shot southern comfort
lemonade

Mix, cover it with your hand, Slamma on the bar, then Slamma down your throat.

Alabama Slammer

1 shot southern comfort
1 shot amaretto
1/2 shot sloe gin
splash lemon juice

Stir all except lemon juice together with ice and pour into highball glass over ice.

Aldridge's

ALDRIDGE'S
1/2 a pint in a pint glass Guinness
1 shot port
1 bottle WKD Blue

Get a shot of PORT in a pint glass and fill the glass so that its half full with GUINNESS then top the rest up with BLUE WKD. you will need to go slow with the WKD other wise you will be left with a big head on the cocktail.

Its really nice and goes down well, and because of the mixture of beer, port and vodka in the wkd you only need two or three and your seeing things!

1/2 shot cream

Shake all ingredients (except nutmeg) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass or champagne glass, Sprinkle nutmeg on top and serve.

1 part coconut cream
1 part cream
1 part tia maria
1 part white rum

Shake with ice, Serve in a cocktail glass up or Highball for iced

Algonquin

1 1/2 shots whisky
1 shot dry vermouth
1 shot pineapple juice

Shake in a shaker over ice then strain into a Chilled glass

Alpine Sear

1 shot absinthe
Half a shot creme de menthe
Half a shot vermouth, dry
1 shot peppermint schnapps
1 quarter lemon
1 shot jagermeister

Blend the Absinthe, Creme de Menthe and Peppermint schnapps in a large shot glass. Adding the Vermouth last (pour in, do NOT mix!!!!!!)!!! Knock it back, then bite and suck the lemon then quickly wash it down with a shot of Jagermeister. ENJOY!!

Alsation

1 part cherry brandy
1 part brandy
1/2 part cold black coffee
1 part sugar syrup

shake all together with ice and strain into a glass

Amaretto Dream

Amaretto
Amarula Cream

Using a whisky or similar tumbler - pour 2 parts Amaretto to 1 part Amarulla Cream over cracked ice - serve instantly

An exceptionally smooth sensation with the amarulla cream tempering the sharpness of the almond. Most excellent served with dimmed lighting, soft smile and possibly mixed platter of ham, brie, olives etc

Amaretto Rose

1 shot amaretto
1 shot lime juice
1 glass soda

Pour Amaretto and Lime juice over ice add club soda then drink!

Amaretto Sours

2 shots amaretto
2 shots sugar syrup
1 and a half shot lemon juice

Fill a collins glass right to the top. Add all the ingredients into a cocktail tin. Add ice into tin. Shake till hand hurts then shake some more!!! Strain over glass.

If you don't like amaretto try gin, vodka, whiskey or a spirit that you like to drink.

American Rose

1 shot malibu
1 shot vodka
1 shot blue curacao
mixer pineapple juice
dash lime juice
small dash sinop
4 -6 cubes (cracked) Ice
1 1/2 measures brandy
1tsp grenadine
1/2 tsp pernod
1/2 fruit (peeled and mashed) peach
sparkling wine

Put the cracked ice in a cocktail shaker. Pour the brandy, grenadine and Pernod over the ice and add the half peach. Shake vigorousely until frost forms. Strain into chilled wine goblet and top up with sparkling wine. Stir gently, then garnish with peach wedge.

Variations: White Rose, Jack Rose, Russian Rose, Bermuda Rose.

Andrej's Blue

Andrej's blue (AB)
5 cl blue curacao
3 cl gin
5 cl sprite
4 cubes Ice
1 slice lemon(s)

Put the ice cubes in the glass, then put blue curacao, gin (Bombay for example) and sprite. Put the lemon slice for decoration. Do not shake. Drink easy.

Serve together in a tall glass and top up with cola.

Angel's Kiss

1/4 shot creme de cacao
1/4 shot sloe gin
1/4 shot brandy
1/4 shot cream

Layer in order, into a Pony or Pousse-cafe glass

Angostura Ginger Beer

1/4 shot angostura bitters
glass ginger ale

place ice in tumbler add angostura and top up with ginger ale and stir.

Animal

50ml after shock
50ml Jack Daniels
coke

Pour both double Aftershock BLACK and the double Jack Daniels into a 10Oz glass. Add Coke to taste.

A regular at my bar thought this one up, he only has a dash of coke but others have a little more to make it a long drink. Double Jack and Black, very sweet.

Anonymous

1/3rd southern comfort
1/3rd Razzmatazz
1/3rd cranberry juice

Mix all three into a shaker with ice and strain into a shot glass, tastes great and has a kick.

Anti Freeze

1 measure blue curacao
1 measure gin
1 measure vodka
1 measure bacardi
1 measure tequila

Mix and serve in cocktail glass.

Apple Blossom

1oz calvados
1/4 oz grenadine
to taste lemonade

Mix together calvados, grenadine and lemonade with ice. Strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with apple slice dipped in lemonade to avoid discolouring

This drink is great. The apple brandy is complimented surprisingly well by sweet pomegranate from the grenadine and the colour of the cocktail is a delicate pink just like apple blossom.

Apple Knocker

1 shot vodka
apple juice

Half fill tumbler with crushed ice add vodka and top up with apple juice.

Apple Martini

45ml vodka
30ml apple schnapps
5ml sugar syrup
1 cup Ice

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously then strain into shilled 90ml martini glass. Garnish with a sliver of green apple.

Crisp taste.

Apple Pie

3 shots apple schnapps
splash Cinnamon Schnapps

Pour schnapps into Old fashioned glass over ice. Garnish with a slice of apple. Sprinkle cinnamon on top

Apple Pie

lemonade
1 shot Goldschlagger
1 shot vodka
1 shot Apple sourz
1 bottle Apple vk(or any apple alcopop)

Note: 1 bottle of vk is if you make this in a pitcher, if not I just use two shots of apple sourz. Start with ice then add the sourz, vk and vodka, top up with lemonade and pour in the goldschlagger last so the flakes of gold float through out the glass!

Tastes really good and has a great kick to it!

Apple Pie Shooter

1 tablespoon apple juice
2 tablespoons spiced rum
shake cinnamon
how ever much you want whipped cream

Sit in a chair with you head back let someone else more the ingredients in your mouth sit up and shake it up and shallow

Apple Vodka Martini

1oz amaretto
1oz apple juice
a dash lemon juice

Shake together with ice, until metal cocktail shaker becomes cloudy on outside and strain into a classic martini glass with a slice of apple (which has been dipped or drizzled with lemon juice to avoid it turning brown) on the rim.

Of course a true classic martini should involve gin and should be stirred but hey this is about the movies (to celebrate the birth of Gwyneth Paltrow's daughter "Apple") and what could be more cinematic than a Vodka martini "shaken not stirred".

Apres Tennis Bracer

1/3 orange juice
2/3 ginger ale

Mix together in a jug to serve from and garnish with orange slices and a sprig of mint.

Apri

1 part apricot brandy
2 parts yellow plum brandy
2 parts orange juice

shake all together with ice and strain into a glass.

Apricot Fizz

3 shots lemon juice
3 shots orange juice
soda
2 shots apricot brandy

Blend all ingredients except soda together with ice. Strain and serve topping up with soda.

Archers St. Petersburg

25ml peach schnapps (archers)
25ml malibu

pineapple juice
Ice

Half fill a glass with ice, preferably crushed. Pour over the Archers, Malibu and Vodke. Add a drop of grenadine. Top up glass with pineapple juice.

Very scrummy, and looks good when it changes colour - ie the grenadine layers and you get a multicoloured drink.

Arise My Love

champagne
1/2 shot creme de menthe

Pour Creme de Menthe into a champagne flute then fill up with chilled champagne

Aunt Jemima

1/3 shot brandy
1/3 shot creme de cacao white
1/3 shot benedictine

Layer into a Shot glass in whatever order you choose

Avalanche

1/3 shot kahlua

Aviation

1 part brandy

100ml sambuca ( black)
10ml tia maria
200ml lemonade
100ml grenadine

First put in the lemonade then add tia maria put in your sambuca stir your cocktail for 20 secs then add your grenadine and there you go you've got a AYE CARAMBA!!!!!!!!
